Co-led the technical stack end-to-end: SCADA-adjacent control systems, real-time IoT telemetry for distributed energy management across the fleet, plus the R&D for electric-propulsion control, energy-charging forecasting, and fleet-wide predictive maintenance. Built from inception through to a successful exit in October 2024.
